The USA Hosts Alliance is North America's oldest & most trusted alliance of destination leaders with 22 offices servicing over 35 destinations. USA Hosts Alliance allows its partner offices to share information and resources; each partner office is passionate about performance, delivering outstanding local expertise, flawless service, and complete satisfaction to their clients.ITLC has been a member of the USA Hosts Alliance since day one. In fact, it was the USA Hosts Alliance request of a Chicago Partner that identified the need for a high quality DMC that shared the goals of performance and passion that led to the launch of ITLC in 2000.
The Chicago Convention & Tourism Bureau is the primary voice of the Chicago Hospitality market. The CCTB actively markets the benefits of Chicago for meetings and tourism, and is typically the first stop for large corporate and association meetings.ITLC values our strong relationship with the Chicago Convention & Tourism Bureau. We participate in on-going programs and regulartly work with the convention services and sales teams on prospective client site visits and familiarization trips. The ITLC team is well known and well respected amoungst the CCTB staff.

In the Loop-Chicago initiated a Preferred Vendor Partnership Program in 2005. While not exclusive suppliers, our Preferred Vendors have truly become strategic partners collaborating with us in our creative process as well as offering preferred pricing. It is important that these partners also share In the Loop-Chicago’s philosophy of having exceptional best practices in place to ensure consistency of offerings and services.
