Keri Miller

Event Producer

Keri joined In the Loop-Chicago as an Operations Manager in 2005. She jumped right in, managing her first large scale tour program on day three. Her focus began on tours and evening activities but quickly extended into special events.

As ITLCs special events department grew, Keri transitioned into the role of Manager of Special Events. From the creation of the client proposal to the onsite event production, Keri is involved in the vision, creation, planning and the implementation of the event. Keri has managed events of all shapes and sizes, from the intimate dinners for 30 to larger scale events for over 3,500 guests.
Prior to joining the ITLC team, Keri worked for Alpha Phi International Fraternity, a women's membership organization. During her six year span with the organization, she worked with both collegiate and alumnae members, specializing in program development, conference planning and member recruitment. She successfully managed the organizations traveling consultant team, developed new resources in the areas of leadership, scholarship and member recruitment and oversaw the content development for the organizations annual conference.

Keri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Ball State University. She's an active member and volunteer with the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association, International Special Event Society, American Cancer Society and Alpha Phi International Fraternity.
