Operations Manager
Michael Greco is part of the operations team and is responsible for programs that involve transportation management, group activities, dinearounds and restaurant events. He has assisted in the planning and execution of convention shuttles for up to 20,000 and dinearounds for over 1,200 guests. Michael also keeps the whole office "in the loop" as our restaurant guru and the producer of our bi-monthly newsletter with his awareness of everything going on around town.
Prior to joining In the Loop Chicago, Michael was an on-board Shore Excursion Manager for Norwegian Cruise Lines taking Michael around the world organizing tours, activities and transportation for guests while in port. Michael is a graduate of Southern Illinois University, with a degree in Communications and is a proud Chicagoan that loves to boast about his favorite city and the Chicago Cubs.
