CEO/Principal
Bart Louhi is leading the team for In the Loop-Chicago and ensuring that all the pieces (sales, operations, finance, HR, administration) are all working together to create a dynamic working environment that allows our team to develop creative solutions and delivery outstanding programs...and enjoy what they are doing.
Bart has been involved in the hospitality industry since 1994. He helped launch ITLC and in 2005 he assumed the role of CEO. The excitement and challenge of developing a strong team and growing the company lead him to engineer the acquisition of ITLC from its parent company in 2007.
"Dr. Bart", as some of the ITLC team refers to him, received a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Northwestern University. The rigors of modeling and analysis are great tools to understand the complicated world of business.
Recently, Bart was elected to the Board of the Assn of Destination Management Executive. ADME is dedicated to raising the professional standards for the DMC industry. Bart has been certified by ADME as a DMCP (Destination Management Certified Professional).
